The below Windows and Novell Platform compatibility are for both Standard and Client Server OSAS.
Make sure and check all workstations and severs on your Novell network for the following combinations. Any combination NOT listed below is NOT SUPPORTED.
S=Supported
US=Unofficially Supported, we will try to help as best we can, but there
will be limitations, see NOTE below.

NOTE:
With the above US (Unofficially Supported) combinations in both the Standard and
Client Server versions of OSAS have the following known limitations due to a
problem caused by the 4.7x Novell Client. When using multiple sessions on the
same machine, you will get file/record/device issues that will lead to file
corruption. Also you will get intermittent hanging problems. So if you need
to use the 4.7x Novell Client with NT 4.0 or you need to use Windows 2000, you must
do the following to make sure that workstations only go into one session of
OSAS.
Select Devices from the Workstation Configuration menu in Resource Manager and remove the T##1-T##9 workstation alias lines for the particular workstation, leave only the T##0 alias line. For example, if your terminal ID is 05, then leave the alias line for T050, but remove T051 - T059. This will ensure that no one accidentally goes into a second session on the same workstation. You will know if the devices were removed correctly; you will be able to enter OSAS on the one session, but you will get an fs load Error 5 or 19 when trying to enter OSAS for the second session. Remember that this scenario is still unofficially supported, but seems to be working fine with one session only.
