All methods of contact result in billable support depending upon the support plan you are enrolled in with Advanced Concepts. Our support representatives are product specialists actively involved in software programming, training, and consulting. They are knowledgeable, experienced individuals able to offer you the know-how to keep your network and application software working.

We're available to answer your questions by telephone Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Emails, faxes, and Support Form submissions sent after 5:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday will be given first priority the next business day.
